Just for updating the addhar in DMC she took for form 30 and for renew 200 total 230 .And nobody gives her money willingly she's lying . Update ₹200 is fine. Coz I'm an Aadhar supervisor as well. And we don't have a salary. As per my experience, per head ₹50 has to be paid for Aadhaar Coordinator and per head ₹50 for who called us(organizer) And per head ₹50 is our(operator) pocket and from here we need to manage our vehicle fare and whatever we eat during work time and A4 paper, printer color.

@@sasu15 when machine is bought by self and ₹50 needs to be paid to Aadhaar coordinator, how are we going to earn? And we don't get a salary. When the government invests everything for us, they'll provide a generator, and a set of machines. And we'll receive like 6000/7000 but not sure. Operators raised an appeal many times regarding salary but still no response from the DC office. None of the operators receive their salary yet so even in the govt office they charged it.

Rs 150 is very reasonable .. becoz govt charge is rs 50 which they deduct as processing charge.. Aadhaar service centre they used to invest huge amount in aquipments like laptop under 45 k finger printer scanner 35-40 k. Iris scanner around 25 k gps system 5k printer 30k for tables and rack around 15k plus they hardly can enrole 25-30 applicants... So just think it sir.... There are lots of unseen expenditure...

Well i changed my aadhar phone number recently in dimapur area and the csc authority charged me 100 and i found it reasonable because 50rs was the actual charge and 50rs was his service charges

I'm Naga who reside in sikkim.....one time I visit hospital for x ray and some medical check up and they charge me not even a single paise for any treatment nor for x-ray. The only expense I did is taxi fare. I was so impressed by their fairness in their work saying that it's government hospital and everything is free.

i tried to new enroll for my daughter many times it shows as REJECTED and i spent alot however, From DMC they solved the issue and my daughter has adhaar card now, for price i feel it ok to take 200rs as they have some processing charges.

I heard many districts has been charging more than 200 or 300 from the before..but please enquire their respective nodal officer why they are not looking after their Aadhaar operator.. actually the guidelines from the government is free for the new enrollment and updation upto 100 but the commissioner of Nagaland has totally not concern about this matter which they operator didn't get their payment from 2020 till date.. for this reason they're start charging kusikusi 😅. Some Aadhaar operators are seems very pity for taking months and year in the process of their ID activation and machine or system registration.. The corruption is not only in aadhaar enrolment.. there are many fields like pan card, estram, ayushman etc..

Just my thoughts say per update is Rs 50 and who knows how much they are updating per day. well leaving aside that put into calculations of office rent, A4 paper, ink, tonner, electricity bill, prices of gadgets, salaries, tea n snacks, to n fro fare. Will it be feasible to manage/run office with just a minimal amount of govt rate?

Agreed! Transaction charge maybe 50 or 100 etc. But what about other charges inclusive i.e, electricity charge for using devices (PC, printer, finger print device, iris device, A4 papers, printer ink, seva kendra registration fees etc.) And also registration of CSC which is so hard to get for whose ID and password you have to register yourself and pass the examination for obtaining BC certificate. Trading licence from magistrate is also costly. You need to first research the initial cost to open a CSC, the overall cost and the running cost of the service provider included his/her valuable time for the service. You get nothing for free. If the transaction cost is 50 and you take 50 from customer, what are you left with? You need to survey the overall cost, hard work and time of the service provider too.

CSC retailers are not Government employees. They are private establishment or self established center for providing services to public regarding Government services such as Aadhaar update, PAN update, Government yojnas, banking services etc. etc. through Government registered private companies. They do not get payments from Government. Now, you make ask why we need CSC or common service center? Banks and Government establishments are limited and population is increasing day by day. Also you need to travel long distance to go to Government establishments such as banks and post office etc. and make long queue there. Some people don't have time to make long queue as they may have busy schedule every second counts for them and so they prefer CSCs. If you have money and time to travel to long distance banks and post office then you may reach it out and make queue there and pay the same amount for transaction made.

@@itoassumi3811 I'm not running private office. I just have a licensed Cyber Cafe from DM with a retailer ID from CSC and provide service to the ones who need these Govt. services.

Such kind of extra charges in many Departments are doing like this in every districts in our state who can check/look exposed 10:20 in such cases.
