Wow, what a huge shift for you! “I was safe the whole time.” WOW!!! What a blessing you would be to others to help them. I think just having the insights you do from your own journey would be a major blessing to others. I would definitely watch that! May the Lord continue to bless you and your family!

I would love love love to see you helping Mira from peeling away the clutter... She's doing an amazing job on her own but that would be so good, and I know she could benefit from the experience you've gained and even more importantly, the insight from having actually gone through similar struggles. No matter where you go from here, so proud of all the growth and grateful you have taken us along for the journey, I have personally been helped by the "baby step to keep it a positive experience" method in taking on my own battles.

One of the things that made me start decluttering 5 years ago was depression. Knowing that I have little energy, it was easier to mantain the house with less stuff. Also, I get sick a lot so keeping the house fairly clean when I am down, it gives me peace of mind that I can rest and heal. That the mess isn't looking at me across the room and saying silently "So... when are you going to deal with me?". So glad you are feeling better. You are growing and healing every day, not just physically ♡

Recently one of my daughters (23) told me she'll be getting married next year and she'll be moving 3 hours away (to be able to afford housing). I was absolutely distraught (I thought, rightly or wrongly, she'd live nearer and I could help with grandchildren (if they arrive). Ill probably only see her every other month. I couldnt stop crying for a week ... I had a real sense of it being the end of an era with my children. and I experienced depression (I couldnt do anything). It really gave me a sense of what its like to feel so low. My heart goes out to people with long lasting depression. Im so glad youre on the mend and yes it does put things into perspective ❤

Lovely update, thank you! No one wants surgery but how wonderful that it happened now and not 1-2 yrs ago. And that you listened to those inner prompts back in the masked days 🙂. I’ll add my voice to those asking you to take it easy and not rush your recovery, abdominal surgery is a bear (I was still discovering adhesions two yrs post-surg (lap. hysterectomy, no issues)). I strongly recommend Pilates with a licensed instructor specializing in rehab if at all possible, absolutely worth the investment! Skritches to Miss Pepper!

Hi Ms Heart- So glad to see you recovering and taking the time to heal. I am wondering if you and (I forgot her name) the woman who's channel is called "A Beautiful Mess" could be of mutual benefit to get in touch with. She helps people with health issues - and often hoarding disorder- and cleans and declutters their homes for free. She seems super friendly and I bet could give you advice on how to help others and start that process. She has collaborated with other channels as well. Also, I think you would also help her to understand hoarding disorder more deeply. Have a beautiful day you beautiful soul! :)

You are helping me and so many others by just even saying this out loud. Thank you so much for always being so kind, thoughtful, caring, gentle, loving, encouraging and generous. I am so glad you are feeling happier in your recovery process, feeling less depressed and getting much healthier. I am relieved your operations were a success. I wish for you to get stronger and stronger with each passing day. 💛✨. 🙏 Mrs Heart, I think what you were saying about your experience is such a good reflection on things and I am so glad you had such wonderful friends and family around to support you. I am also glad that you see far more clearly now that stuff isn’t the answer and isn’t necessarily their to protect you as much as you previously thought. What I wish for you moving forward into the future, is for the rest of the excess of your things to be removed from your home, enabling you to fully set up your craft area and hang out den in the basement. Then perhaps you can move on from concentrating solely on your own home and start passing on your skills to others, like you already do in your videos, but this time in person. Perhaps by becoming a life coach for hoarders, or by helping to declutter homes for people in your area who need a helpful guiding light. We all know what a force of nature you are Mrs Heart and how kind, empowering and empathetic you are too. Therefore, I personally think you would be wonderful at doing this.

So happy to see you with lots more enerfy and that lovely smile again! And what very thoughtful video! You are truly blessed! I am sure you will be an incredible helper for those with hoarding disorder, but also for even ordinary people that might need a boost of motivation and kindness. About the fact od being vulnerable and depending on others....I was always the "I'll do it myself and unable to ask for help and/or assistance and being truly awful when someone wanted to lend a helping hand. I recently realised though, that it is truly a circle of life. We are being taken care of when born, we then take care of others, others take care of us, and it always goes around and around, and it is the most natural thing in the world for almost every living being. It is even studied that plants help each other-so why we should not lrt ourselfs be helped and do the same to others? This helped me to let go of the "I cannot bother anyone" mindset. Loved also Your insight abouth the fact, that stuff was not there for you, but your commjnity was. Did not ever though about this-but it's true! Thank you, as always for your inspiration! Take care, rest when needed and reboot that energy that describes you best! Lots of love!❤🦄💕

Everytime I watch you you say something that speaks directly to me. I was diagnosed with breast cancer a few years ago, caught early, surgery no chemo thankfully, full recovery so far, but my body has not been the same since. I am tired so much, it is so hard some days just to do the bare minimum of going to work and feeding myself (husband's on his own for meals lol!). My house has always been extremely cluttered, but it's even harder to manage now, and the more I struggle, the worse the house gets, the harder it is to clean... it never ends. You're idea of physically coming in to help people who simply physically cannot do the work is so beautiful. Especially because you know what we go through, you know the emotional attachments we have to items. I could hire someone to come in and clean my house, but they would just toss everything and not understand if I'm not there yet. You are amazing. Thank you for being a voice for us and I pray your healing continues.💖💖💖

I love the idea of you being able to physically go in and help others. Always remember, though, that you're already on the homes of many, many people, and you're helping us through our journeys. I follow multiple channels of people unhoarding who give credit to you for inspiring them and helping them believe they can really do this. Even from your couch, you're helping others to heal.

Thank you for saying this. This disorder is hard on its own, but having other health and mental health issues along with it makes it that much harder to live with and work on, and it's easy to compare yourself to others and think you're not getting anything done so you try harder and just go backwards. Recognition of the other things you're dealing with and the effort involved in maintaining what you can and doing what you can to make some progress is helpful, but not easy to keep perspective on. Getting help from supportive and understanding people is good, but getting help from someone you know understands what it's like would make such a difference to people. That's something I hope to be able to do when I get out from under my situation and more functional. It would be great to see you do that when you're up to it.
