Great motivation sir. Actually my age is 33. Now I got post doctoral scientist position in china sir. They are telling it is 2 years fellowship. Just now I completed my phd. If you want to do more research in China then you can go for the postdoc. But China postdoc may not help to get much better job in India. Also you are aging out in the Asian systems. Unless you plan to move globally to other countries I would suggest you take the faculty jobs. I know people who moved to Australia or Russia or Korea for jobs after China postdoc but not back to India. Sir, is resume often considered to be the research proposal in some European countries like Italy? Is CV the apt word?.... I mean one should not say resume when that person is referring to CV

Yes in academia the word CV is used. It is a detailed and long document while a resume is often one page long.

In European languages some words may have different meaning. Some resume could mean proposal in some countries.

@@academicgladiator One page CV may be enough for a PhD applicant. This person has only done bachelor and masters degree at this stage and may not have any papers. So there is not much to put in the CV. Any job experience or internship can be put in. Some people even put some detail about their masters thesis. But with all this maximum size for a masters person CV will be about 2 pages. This is ok for PhD admission. But your CV needs to grow with time in academia. Nice video sir, but by the time I do 4 postdocs, I would turn 38years old! What will be the probability of getting asst or professor in govt college by that time? Since they have age criteria

If you do 4 postdocs and are 38 years old govt jobs in Indian institutions may become difficult as they have age limits. You should consider only abroad jobs in western countries if you are planning the multiple postdoc routes as Asian countries have age limits in most cases. Research lab and industry research scientist positions may be possible along with teacher jobs in private colleges in India

I think they can do postdoc. But research should have done during the previous degree as postdoc is primarily a research job
