Absolutely loved it, thank you so much! It was hard but I feel great that I did it. The only thing that could make this video better is a countdown timer - it's encouraging to keep on going when you know there are just a few seconds left. Otherwise it feels like eternity 😅

I used your pregnancy videos during both my pregnancies and now I'm trying out your postpartum playlist. Thanks for keeping it fresh and interesting throughout the whole workout! I used to think that I didn't like HIIT workouts but it turns out it was the repetition I didn't like - which describes many HIIT workouts. So, thank you for helping me find an appreciation for this style of workout!

I love your videos! I have been doing this one for the last week and I feel awesome! It's short, I sweat, and the mods are helpful. I have lost 2lbs, but more importantly, things are tightening up and I feel stronger and sleep better. I have a 1-2 finger gap from my diastasis recti and my kid is almost 2! I figure I will live with it forever, but appreciate your education and mods for this issue.

Did you sort the DR out by now? I have the same Issue and i need feedback, or else i must resort to an operation :( the workouts kinda dont work anymore.

@@princesseville6889 Hi! Actually I will always have a gap. I went from 3 to 1 finger gap and started working with a personal trainer to maintain/strengthen the progress. If the workouts don't work and the gap is impacting your daily life then I think surgery might be able to help (but I would get as much information about that before undergoing a major surgery).

Soooo good! Thank you so much. I’m struggling to get back into working out since baby #4 whether it be energy or time but I made the choice to get it done early today and this was just what I needed in terms of difficulty but not overwhelming.

love your workouts 9 weeks PP and did a lot of them during pregnancy. As someone that is in love with working out, it was the best during pregnancy to continue. I had strong core muscles to push at birth and got a lot of muscle memory back. Please keep making them!

I crushed this workout......... feels soooo gud. I do my best to keep fit but my last pregnancy was just off. I am 1 year postpartum and I'm not as fit as i was with the previous pregnancies. I did my old workout routines to a point where it just stopped working. But you workouts are so well structured, from preview to music, and they are super super effective..... Infact I worked some muscle groups I totally forgot I had...... Ur the answer to my getting back on the fitness prayer. I just fell in 😍 🥰 . Thanks so much
