Treating postpartum stomach pain or cramps with Lennon Essence Of Life which is popularly used for "cleansing the womb". I’m also reviewing the Nova T380 copper IUD /Loop non-hormonal contraceptive that lasts for 5 years. I discuss whether it gave me stomach pains and spotting or prolonged bleeding after insertion. Additionally I had a Pap smear done the same day at 6 weeks postpartum.

Enjoyed the updates Dawn. My experience with the IUD wasn’t bad, only thing I hated was the discharge, always had to have a pant liner on.

Hey sis I know I'm overdue for a review 🤭. I will do it asap. So far so good however I've been getting chronic backpain. I just haven't figured out yet if it's because of the iud or its my hormones or lifestyle changes

Hey sis I am so sorry to hear of your loss😥❤️. It is well with you . I think you should go to a doctor first . You might find that you still have some of the tissues from the miscarriage that are still in your uterus. You might need something stronger than essence of life to cleans your uterus and manage the pain better which a doctor or nurse can prescribe. Yes you can still use essence of life

I have been thinking of changing from pills to loop 😅oh gosh I’ve been researching even consulted my GP. I’m scared my horrible periods will come back (heavy bleeding and cramps)😢. Well I thought maybe it would help with weight issues cause on pills I’m just escalating with weight non stop. Please advise further

Hey sis i will make an update video about how the loop has been for me so far. Unfortunately, the loop won't help with the heavy periods and cramps, so the pill is your best option for that.

Most of the weight gain from the pill is water retention and not necessarily fat gain but it does increase your appetite so you just have to manage your diet❤️. I find that drinking lots of water before eating helps me to control my food portions and appetite🥰
