Today is Day 3 of Postpartum Workout Challenge ARMS & SHOULDERS! I use 7 lbs dumbbells, but water bottles, laundry detergent bottle would also work. You can also do the moves without any weights, especially if you are easing back into exercise, have diastasis recti or had a c-section. I hope you love this 20 minute postpartum workout!

I'm 11months post partum and this challenge is the perfect way for me to dip my toe back into exercise after a sleepless year! I have started to look forward to my nap time workout and feeling stronger after only 3 days! X

8 weeks PP after c section. Thank you for putting together this challenge that is actually realistic and c h a l l e n g i n g with opportunity to go advanced or modify as needed. I think I will repeat this challenge again as i love the variety it offers.

I think this is a very helpful workout as arms are really engaged with the baby. All this baby lifting and wearing throughout the house makes my arms and shoulders need some more muscles

Was feeling it after day 1 and 2, so arms was a good focus to balance it out a bit, the pelvic floor exercises were great to include too. A great workout! Looking forward to tomorrow!

The last quote made me cry! Because it's sooo true. I know there's no such thing as perfection but we all want the best for our little ones. My biggest fear is being too out of breath and unfit to join in with physical play time with my baby girl. Thank you so much for all of your videos! hello from Nottingham uk. I'm a day behind with the birthday prep for my little boy. i'm going to now continue and catch and do day 4! catch you shortly weights started with 3 kg but dropped to 2 kg I've lost my strength in my arms so this great to help rebuild. thank you

Check! Wow feeling way stronger than I thought I would this round. Not sore or anything and this was fairly easy for me with 5 pound weights. Now the pushups portion.... not so much haha. Thanks for putting this together!

DAY 3 DONE! this is my first post partum challenge so im doing the classes every mon, wed, and friday, then im going to do a one hour yoga on the weekend to stretch it all out. Next time around I will complete the challenge within 14 days :D

This was great! I had to babywear because baby was a bit fussy. I did the floor exercises on the wall and it gave a similar effect!

I was afraid to do leg day because my legs were sore from the first day, but it wasn’t too challenging - just the right amount of burn. I don’t prefer leg bands, so I hope to see more postpartum leg challenges without them, but overall a good workout. Thank you!

I feel fine doing the workout. Quess best you can do is talk to a specialist or ltherwish lister to your body and immediately stop if it doesn’t feel right. I’m in the 10th week after birth - so a bit over 2 month. good luck🙃

Typically it’s 4-6 weeks for vaginal and it’s after my doctor does the pelvic exam to make sure I’ve returned to normal

Love your workouts! I do wish you'd change up your music selections though....I'm a married, Christian woman. Lots of your songs seem to be too suggestive and immoral for my soul, and it's harder for me to not get distracted by the lyrics. YOU are doing awesome work on this channel, lots of amazing content for free and supporting me so much.
