When you stand with purpose and intention in something called “Postures of Power,” you can dramatically strengthen your energy.
In this 11-minute video, you will learn ancient standing positions to help align your body’s structure for a more efficient internal Qi flow. They also improve your posture and body awareness.
The more you practice these postures and integrate them into your Qi Gong practice, the more centered, grounded, and strong you’ll become.

Perfect! Qi gong really stands out for me from other exercises, because it not only make you stronger, but it relaxes your mind and body.

The first exercise is something I learned in Jam Jong chi Kung, it is good to let your back face the sunshine after practicing this warm up
