A pinch of salt
150 g (1 cup) All purpose flour/wheat flour
15 g of melted butter
2. Filling
2 potatoes (about 300 g)
Optional sausage
5 g - garlic (pressed)
2 tablespoons - mayonnaise
300 g - Mozzarella cheese
📢 Important tips
1. About 300 grams of potatoes, you can use 2 small potatoes or 1 large one.
2. Skip the sausage if you don't have it.
3. Heat over low to medium-low heat and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
4. No need to knead the dough, chill the dough for 30 minutes or more, you can refrigerate it overnight and make it the next day.
