Recipe: Slice the potatoes Then boil them in water Remove it on a tissue so that the slices are free from water before frying. Then deep fry it in oil. Spices Used Here: 1.Black salt 2.Chilli powder 3.Garlic powder You can falvor your chip with many falvours such as peri peri etc. but i like the classic salted potato chips🙃

You no need to wash or boil in hot water. Just wash the slices in cold water wipe it with clean cloth and you can deep fry.😋
