1. Potatoes
2. Sausages
3. Flour, eggs and bread crumbs
4. Mozzarella Cheese

I was disapointed by that, especially since I'm allergic to flour and wanted to try this recipe. Though, I think you could substitute the flour for corn or potatostarch.

This looks absolutely delicious! Thanks for a great video Haru - I loved the little faces on the eggs XD I made this and it turned out great - I didn't have hot dog sausages though so I just used normal sausages and I added some spring onions inside and a squirt of mustard.

You reinvent yourself every now and then with your delicious recipes! 😹💕💕 PS: btw, I did it today in the AirFryer, without the eggy part (I use melted butter or olive oil outside instead, just like I do to Hotteok), and I also added a slice of turkey breast inside. It's pretty good too! 🐱

You can incorporate some flour into it to give it a more dough like structure, that's how potato gnocchi works
