📌 INGREDIENTS:
🍪 For the cutlets:
Potatoes - 600 gr. (3 or 4 large potatoes)
1 Egg
Nutmeg - 1/2 tsp.
Flour - 3 tbsp.
Cheese - 100 gr. (1/2 cup)
1 Onion
2 Carrots
Champignon mushrooms - 200 gr. (2 cups)
Cabbage - 400 gr. (4.5 cups of chopped cabbage)
Chili (ground) - 1/3 tsp.
Dried garlic - 1 tsp.
Tomato paste - 1 tbsp.
Water - 100 ml (1/2 cup)
Dill - 1/2 bunch
Salt - 2 tsp.
🍶 For the Sauce:
Yogurt - 3 tbsp.
Garlic - 1 clove
Dried dill - 1 tsp.
Salt - 1/3 tsp.
