Hmmmm, I am curious if what I have may be worth something. They way I bought these as a kid, I immediately put them into card folders, and they have literally never been touched since. I suspect they are likely to grade very well, I am just afraid to spend the cost to get it done. But I am curious...

Those hologram cards are really hard to Gem. I suspect 9s will also be valuable.

3% gem rate is indeed very low. No reward without a bit of risk.

I like the idea, but just think it’s too hard to pull a 10. I’ve bought a ton of marvel boxes and a 10 holo in any year is a reach. I think 1991 base cards are good value. Boxes are cheap and cards can go for decent.

Everyone is saying the same thing, but its an exercise that can be explored as we do have the statistics. Probably I need to find some cheap boxes (or cheaper shipping) to give this a go. I agree on the 1991 base has better value, but I like the 1992 holograms a lot more.
