@@user-yw6ct8vz1x what sort of development? Pick any area of Hyderabad which has proper town planning?, the city lacks planning. We don't need just tall skyscrapers . We need a well planned city.

@@riddunyra4373 Rey Ga#du, lol.. don't display your lack of knowledge. Concentrating high rise in one particular will have significant negative impact. Hyderabad lack proper urban planning (and road planning) and that's the need of the hour, not high rise. Almost all indian cities has below par the international standards of infrastructure.

Hyderabad is not a landlocked city like mumbai. Its better to buy plots than putting your money in these flats

Having skyscrapers at certain areas is fine as infrastructure costs decreases for governament and it leads to faster developments/maintenance on such areas. People buy flats to live in it and not just to invest.

@@gopinath4119 having high rise buildings concentrated in one area have many issues like increased traffic congestion, overshadowing of surrounding buildings, strain on infrastructure, and potential urban heat island effects etc..

@@yeshwanth2603 don't you think the city lacks balanced and equitable development across the city. Where all the development goes in the western corridor. Hyd needs a proper urban planning and roads needs to expand to accommodate the traffic. The infrastructure of the city is below par of the international standards.

@@faizansaribond Having gated communities reduces traffic and pollution. People have basic needs within the community and they dont need to take the vehicle out unless people live in builder floor take vehicle out for small things as well and these highrises leave min 100 ft distence btw building to building which is enough space to breath where builder floors are constructed without any setbacks and there wont be any sun falling on flats. And ya cost of living will be a bit high where people who buy these Highrises must be awere of that.
