Love this video ! P.S If your thinking of turbo swap to IS38 be careful as it is a gen b cycle engine so not a full fat EA888 Like the Golf R. Ive done some research into that turbo swap myself and I've heard mixed reviews. I'd say swap it to the IS20 to be safe side. Keep it up with the vids dude !

About the H R anti roll bar. I have also seen a japanese product which is like a brace that bolt to the Torsion beam. My feeling says thats a better solution but thats just my intuition. Maybe take a look at that. I can look up the details if you are interested. Because I think best solution would be to stiffen up and reinforce the torsion beam if you want to mess with it at all. Another option is to adjust the dampers of your KW V3 to reduce understeer.

I think it’s iSweep you’re referring to? I agree, looks like a good bit of kit. And you’re right, need to change the damper settings, not played around with them too much and don’t really know what I’m doing tbh 😂

@@PassionForPetrol exactly what I mean! And yeah I would feel the same about the damper settings… I just know the basics, stiffen the rear and soften the front. But you probably want to be careful.

Yeah the exhaust bangs from time to time when you are slammed, has to be like a certain speed and angle bump though. Don’t suppose you have vagcom do you? The speedo dials were set to a different style on mine but now the car is a jetta not a polo when you open a door lol. I wouldn’t go beyond stage 2 - after that you might as well of got a golf and 4wd. Unless you really like buying front tyres 😁

It’s annoying isn’t it! Not vagcom no, got OBD 11 tho? Tbh I think these cars can put the power down! Not in first and second granted, but past that I think it’s useable, only really using robertos that was featured on Hampshire photography as an example tbf tho. Buying tyres is my second favourite hobby 😂

@@PassionForPetrol ah nice. OBD11 could work, I’m only a couple a junctions down the M1 away tbf 👀 My stage 2 with GPF and standard cat got 272bhp and 465nm so your 280-285 should be about right!

@@PassionForPetrolcan you give an update on this. Theres a company in the netherlands here that used to do opf delete but they dont wanna do it anymore. Did it succeed for you?
