Welcome back! cant wait to start drifting too, I've been building + restoring an LSD diff unit for the last 2 months and am finally swapping it in to my 330Ci tomorrow 🔥🔥

hell yeah!! safe sliding🫡

@@lil2vjosh Same to you! I finished the swap a few hours ago and I must say, the MFactory 1.5 way/2.0 way LSD feels amazing. With my settings it locks up very nicely and makes absolutely 0 noises during parking lot/full lock maneuvers. Doesn't affect daily drivability, but lets you do the slidey slide - Its great!

Our project 330i has clutch slip when you floor gas on 4th or 5th gear on the motorway . Like the low end torque is enough to cause slip. But on the other hand it usually pulls normally through smaller gears when sending it. A momentum-resistance thing or something I guess. Definitely not doing launches or drifts before the new clutch is in though. I still need to ride the last bit of clutch for a couple of weeks before we get a chance to swap it out. Going with a cheap single mass kit from UK Ebay. Maybe we get the flywheel lightened at our friends shop.

try a resonator for the rasp, curious how it would sound, seen someone merge an y-pipe right after headers then to resonator then continue the exhaust and it had such a different tone, but cannot find any other so it would be interesting for content too :)
@lil2vjoshАй бұрын
i might try that!!

@@lil2vjosh please do it bro, i am really curious how it sounds, if you do, please try as i mentioned, right after headers

Is it more worth it to get the diff welded or should i go for an lsd diff? Might be a dumb idea but i'm also thinking of daily driving it lol
@lil2vjoshАй бұрын
depends, if it’s an e36 id say go m3 lsd for daily but e46 id go welded, most options for lsd with 46 wear very fast or just don’t work right in general, ive been dailying the welded for 2 years and i havnt really had much issue because going through tires but thats just from me not having self control lmaooo

@@lil2vjosh oohh yeah man, got it hahhah i’ll be thinking about getting myself an e46 then, thanks!
