Dude, your videos have always motivated me to keep on learning. I've been working as a kitchen hand for almost a year now, and for the past 6 months, I've been covering a shift as a cook. Now, for the first time, I have the chance to apply for a real position as a cook at a roadhouse where I really enjoy working. Sometimes, I get scared of taking on the responsibility because I don't know much about "specials", but every time I watch your videos, they give me the energy to keep going and keep learning.
