Fr if you want the best cooked steak in the word you’re going to make it yourself or go to a steakhouse. If you just want a decent cut of meat this is great, but 99% of pub food is fried stuff and burgers. I seriously don’t understand people shitting on this guy for everything he does.

Well he gets support now but when he started up the channel it was a lot of negatives coming from kids who assume know more since they watch a hell of a lot of food Tok. Overtime he would respond and now you see the videos of him replying which obviously made people posts and respond with more negativity. So it’s a cycle of this until he gets the numbers he needs and it worked

This is true. There's a famous (expensive) steakhouse near where I work that people love. I had two friends work there who regularly seen food be dropped on the floor and still be served, even after it had been cooked. My friend once said to the chef that maybe they shouldn't serve floor food and he was told 'next time you pipe up, you'll get a slap for it'. I said this on reddit and I got sooooo much fucking hate. Sorry you're paying hundreds of € for floor food.

Yeah, anyone who says you've been wiping food with a "swipe rag" has never worked in kitchens or hospitality positions 😂 good cooks/chefs give a damn how the whole plate looks going out to the customer. If there's meat juice all over the plate, ain't nobody paying £20+ (typical for the UK) and it's getting sent straight back either by the head/sous chef, server, manager, or customer.

Remember these sayings I learned while in culinary school, 'if you are gonna make them wait, it better be damn good' and 'if that plate isnt good enough for you to eat, than it sure as shit aint good enough to send out.'. Oh, and clean hands is a must, which you already know.

Honest idea for minor time saving for multiple dishes: Get those sauce bottles with the opening on the bottom. It's only a couple of seconds lost when the bottle is full, but when it's closer to empty and the sauce is thick, it can cost more. Plus, you can put clear labels on the top to reduce the possibility of a mistake.
