If you really just throttle dropped and then essentially stalled yourself in the air, the F-22 will be within gun range for at max about 3-5 seconds, that's not even taking into consideration whether or not your nose would even be pointed in the right direction to get a gun solution. Send a heater or soil your seat-er.
