Poverty's No Crime were one of the best '90s prog metal bands to hail from Germany, and this is a Demon cover they did for the 1999 "Day of the Demon - Unbroken Metal" tribute album to the NWOBHM legends Demon. As far as I know, they didn't include this in any of their albums even as a bonus track, so that's a rarity I guess!
You can find the Demon original on their overlooked 1991 album (that was the year Poverty's No Crime were formed, too) "Hold on to the Dream".
Check out the cover they did for Rush's "Distant Early Warning" too, and also their great '99 album "Slave to the Mind".
