Regular education is not mandatory madam. Distance learning people can also get hired if they have good skills. Also not required advance excel knowledge. Basic can work. Sql also basic can work to get hired

I wants to transition my career as power bi developer. so that start earning more for my family. because I am the only, earning bread n butter for his family. I am getting a call but they always asked for 3 years of experience Question is Can I do little bit manipulate in my resume and show 3 years of power bi developer experience and also show 2 project related to my back office work.
