Love it 😊. I agree that this interview has been insightful. My company moved to Power BI yet there was limited training. The ppl who assigned employees to learn it knew less than the people who were asked to learn it, so many people had to learn it from videos and online tutorials while competing with fellow employees who were chosen for formal training. It gets competitive VERY quickly. Knowing what Jo’s main foundations were from a market perspective gives everyone a fighting edge. I’ve especially sent Chandoo’s vids to my female coworkers because they have been under-celebrated in my organization as analysts yet have been hungry for the exposure. I’m male and the “old school” leadership tries to stock up on much younger male data talent. I’m more about placing the right person in the right role. Chandoo’s vids have spurred change. Sorry, can’t say this company’s name. But if you know me, you already know how this company has passed the century mark.

Chandon, I have been a big fan for many years. I began my PBI journey after signing up for your Dashboard course and then later your PowerPivot course where you teamed with RC. I run a large BI team for a Fortune 50 company and we cannot find / hire the talent we need fast enough. You and Jo are good people, appreciate all your doing to develop the talent pool - we need it. I know Tableau as well, but we are not using Tableau much in the office. Important to say that I learned more from Chandoo. I love Indian people and have been in New Dehli for some time. Thanks, bro
