Cane you are correct, you didn’t try to kill you own mother, but you are fooling yourself if think she didn’t deserve it. Because she absolutely did. Cane don’t act like the noble big brother because you killed others for far less. Dru anger is towards Monet is 100% understandable. Cane & Tariq, are similar both are little momma boys who can do no wrong in their eyes.

Cane is forgetting that he tried to kill his own father in season 2 when Monet and Tariq tricked and convinced him to do so as a way of fooling Mecca. He would've done it if Tariq never told him at the last minute that it was a trick.

Right. If I remember back in Season 2, when it was believed that Cane was put to murder Lorenzo, he even said that Dru and Diana would never forgive him if that happened. Cane of all people should've understood at that point.

Best scene in the entire series of Book 2 Ghost! I am such a fan for great acting and they both bodied this scene. Cane crying was amazing and the small detail of Dru not taking his eyes off the gun in the beginning of their confrontation is so frikkin’ amazing!!!!
