This video introduces and explains the power of a lens for A Level Physics.
The more powerful a lens is, the more bending ability it has. The power of a lens is equal to the reciprocal of the focal length, P=1/f. The power of lenses is measured in dioptres, D.

Uploading videos before school? You must have way better mornings than me, also great video on lenses. I'm in AS and it never made much sense last year.

What topic does lens come under in the current aqa spec?

It’s not on the spec for AQA, unless you do the optional topic about medical physics

i would rather watch 1 long fun 10 minute or even longer would be better, video and just like a lesson, with these short videos it would be better to make series and just call them chapter 1 and so on...
