@@intelinsidei exactly. my candidate was in Bangalore to take care of his old mother and had left his wife and children in USA and he was asked to work at 50% pay cut.

Corporate greed is the root cause. Consider low level employees as bonded labors in the name of giving employment. Mr . Pai very well said the actual which is happening in most of the so called Indian IT companies. Helplessness of the unemployment of the educated youths exploiting by these so called big IT companies.

Is it possible to survive in a city like Bangalore and Hyderabad with 20K to 25K ? Top bosses of these companies don't have human touch.

one month itself top companies freshers get 18 k to 20k very slow increase in salary that too conduct several exams internally .this is why indian itian arent getting married

India should be serious to hold IT leadership ....employees shall support .....dont let companies run out and end up unemployed.. We have known the employment in 2000s ...its mental drain.

Mr.Mohandas Pai told the reality of the IT industry......top CEO' s are taking massive salary you don't understand the other employees problem.....not only exploiting freshers even experience level ppl are also facing the less pay....commuting is taking a lot of time then when can an employee can spend his time, personal life ?

its personal choice. even my lecturer who trained us in It technologies in market was an architect in company who earns 47 lakhs he taught us to get us jobs and worked in company. he himself said there was less stress in his current company than previous company where he switched away from. then is this not wrong but because of him we lakhs of students actually got jobs really .my trainer ever in my whole life i dont forget him . many people are serving well .thats their personal if they can manage they would, no one stays or does one thing permanent. it industry has exploited employees since many years .its the managers or company who can decide whether to keep that employee or to terminate if he/she is not productive. its worth or permissible for employees who get average salary

IT Companies pay peanuts for the freshers in name of retraining and upskilling ! So the freshers are smart enough to find parallel jobs!

Typical rich man syndrome.. all people working for them should be their slaves.. how does it matter if I do my job in 2 hours and use the remaining time for whatever the f I want to do.. why hung up on x hours ? Why not just expect the value from an employee..

If a company is is paying you for 8 hours, you should invest that 8 hours for that company. Anything beyond that 8 hours is your business.

It company give only 4% to 5% increment every year......now this is ethical.....top management getting good hike but employees it's like lollipop

Mr Pai's wretched Infosys - 70% hike in 20 years for entry level salaries from about 2lpa to 3.5 lpa. It goes on at all level except higher management where there are no limits. Salil Khan got almost 100 cr last

Salary must be adjusted as per Index, Either Gold / Wheat prices.

Company bills low developers at very very high rates while pays them low. The more experienced people who do lesser work are paid more hike. WHY???? Its perfectly ethical if people work ONLY 8 hours for a company and spend the rest of the time to earn more.

IT co pansies used to know for their reputation, for employee grooming , handsome pay, share allocation for employee participation in management. Now there are a lot of adverse comments about greedy employers like Wipro Infosis TCS

I think cricketers and bollywood people are also doing multiple jobs. Cricketers are playing with multiple leagues and national teams. They are also sharing and exposing the confidential things such as strength and weakness of their teammates of the national. Though BCCI is earning but national teams gets weaker, it is also moonlighting but they don't have any regulation as they are making money. Bollywood is also making cheap copy movie and the standard is getting poor day bay day. This is not their conflict of interest but definitely conflict of interest for people of India. Moreover people spends their valuable time in watching their movies and matches. This is really double standard!

Some companies wants employees back to their office, they are creating new reasons..real estate,cabs,hotels all these business depends on these employees..

Why can't someone do a double job? Same company can hire multiple people for same job can invest in multiple places but we can't. Why? These small companies need to run this system slowly.

Moonlighting is not good for health. Live a simple healthy life. Don't be avaricious and waste your youth by chasing after money. Have more children, think about your Dharma, community and country, think beyond your personal interests. Don't ape the West.
