I promised I would give everyone a followup review at 6 months, so here it is! If you have not seen the original review and install of the Power Pole Micro anchor then here is the link.

Just got mine. And where I bought it from, fohg marina threw in a pole, 8.5 footer. And power pole must have listened to you cause the power cord come with a fuse now.

Yep, but can honestly say its a good little shallow water anchor. No issues with it at all.

That was good does the pole just sit down in there or do you have to tighten it in the unit

It goes in and locks on its own. Push the button and it comes all the way out

I think it would work in calm conditions for sure. But not strong current or waves of any kind. Hope that helps you out.

I agree with the price I have seen it should come with a spike at least an 8 footer . But if I`m going to pay that much money it`s going to be new not used .

I agree! It would have to be a steal of a deal for me to buy a used one.
