There's actually an episode or two that has this premise in mind in season 2, Kimberly ends up time traveling (unintentionally) to the time of old west, she ends up meeting the ancestors of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Rita and Zedd send Goldar, a monster, and some putty's after her, she meets the Zordon and Alpha of that time period, gives the power coins (except for the Pink coin, because too much pink energy is dangerous, the Green coin, because Rita had it at this point in time, and the White coin hadn't been created yet) of that era to the ancestors, and the suits are all cowboy (and cowgirl) themed, the episode or episodes are called. Wild West Rangers, I tried to avoid spoilers, if I gave too many spoilers, I'm sorry about that.

@@stix6278 True, it would be cool for a whole season, but how would that work though without time travel? I mean unless they set it in the 1800s, it would be kind of hard to explain the cowboy\cowgirl motif in the modern era, and yeah, maybe the episode wasn't that good, but it is one of my favorite episodes, so I'm kind of biased.

There's never been a cowboy themed PR before. I'm down for it 👍. The closest was a 2 part ep in Mighty Morphin when Kimberly went back in time. The blasters there looked more like guns, and it's what cause blasters to never look that way, or og mighty morphin way (which could also turn into sabers) again. Petty reason, if u ask me.

I love the concept and the theme song, but I would replace the hard rock guitar and synthesizer with more fiddle, steel guitar, banjo, mandolin, and brush drums to make it more authentically country.
