Great video. I had the same, but I ended up splurging on a fixed dumbbell set. Also, is your gym insulated? Do you have any advice on heating for the winter?

Well soon, this gym is going to be a sauna. Honestly, doesn’t get too cold where I live. I have a little portable heater that I never use. Just warming up and starting the workout is my best form of heat. The rubber handle on these isn’t as cold as knurled either.. I love fixed dumbbells, if I could do it, I think I would do increments of 10 only. And get some of those micro gains magnets they make for smaller changes. Did you get a full-set increments of 5? Bro this was an editing masterclass right here! Always wanted to get adjustable dumbbells but always worried about the damp and condensation in my garage so played it safe and stick with hex. Great to see you back doing long form vids as well!

Classic! Can’t go wrong the rubber hex dumbbells. I appreciate the comment, I have trying to make these vids with my cell phone. Researching/learning different edits and what not. I enjoy it, thanks again!!
