Adam's coming out scene was probably one of the realest things I've ever felt because it is legitimately so mind-splitting thinking about your sexuality. What if your friends and family hate you? What if you're all alone? Obviously it's not the same for everyone, but the fear of no longer fearing who you are is one of the greatest emotions I've ever had to deal with

Sense8 is basically a coming out parade almost every episode and we love to see it!

I think being gay is a blessing and it's something I am thankful for every day.

Its really emotional for me when I came out to my Cousin( my bff) for the first time she said it is just a phase but when I came out to my mother she said she would suicide if I would ever choose a girl as my life partner .......Then I came out to my uncle...He was supportive...None of my family member knows except them...Now when ever I say people that I am a pansexual people just make fun of me they say I am maybe attracted to frying pans....I hope one day there will be no need of a coming out anymore...I mean straight and cis gender people don't need to come out the society just accept them how they are ...People will do the same for us. ........It will be just a beautiful wedding not a Gay wedding anymore. ..We won't sound different or abonormal we will be just people and normal❤....Peace and love ❤✌🏳️‍🌈

I really dislike the "I already knew" + *states the boy wanted a feminine object * trope someone coming out as gay. _First_ it just puts the listener in the spotlight when they should congratulate him for finding the courage to do so. _Second_ asking for a particular type of feminine thing as a young boy doesn't define you as gay?? If the kid just wanted it then I mean say no or yes but don't have gendered views on inanimate objects?

today i came out as a lesbian to my mom. she’s raised homophobic. for the part 5 years she’s been working on herself. today as i came out she said she wished she would’ve been educated on sexuality and opened to seeing deferent people sooner so that i wouldn’t feel the need to come out. i love my mom. i’m proud of her progress. im happy for me. Robin’s coming out scene has my heart. Stranger things is set in the 80s in America, she could’ve been shot by people if word was to get out. And she felt comfortable enough to say it to Steve. And Steve responded in the best way afterwards too, he didn’t really comment on the fact she is a lesbian, instead he commented on her taste in women. It was so refreshing to see, because of course coming out is a big thing for someone to do and you’d expect people to say something about it, hopefully in a positive light like how heartstopper did with Sarah saying ‘thank you for telling me’ to Nick. But Steve not even commenting on it is even more powerful. It’s almost like he’s saying ‘okay, well that’s a part of you so now I know, I can talk with you about it’ and it makes me so happy. Makes me think that maybe one day the world will be like that, where people won’t even have to ‘come out’ they can just go home one day and say they’re in love with whoever. If I was to have two kids in the future, I would love for them to both come home one day and one would say they’ve got a crush on someone of the opposite sex, and the other would say they’ve got a crush on someone of the same sex, and I would talk to each of them about it in identical ways. I think that’s why the Duffer Brothers wrote it in after deciding Robin would be lesbian.
