Wow. I was having a mental breakdown while trying to go to sleep because of how much I was dreading to go to my new job this morning. Literally as soon as I randomly found this video, I started feeling a great sense of peace & sleepiness. my overwhelming anxiety went down & I fell asleep with this playing for the rest of the night. The next day, today, my job is actually going pretty well & I feel so much better & relaxed🥹 Thank you for this🙏🏼

gonna start listening every day for a week and update you guys! i quit my job feb 08th. 2024 due to the manager harassing me, following me around and accusing me of things I didn’t do. he was so weird and it was becoming a very toxic environment for me. so I quit. the day I quit he made me cry and made me feel so low. anyways the past is the past, I’ve moved on. I’ve applied for over 50 jobs in the past month. praying that this one job I applied I get it before April 1st! wish me luck guys ❤🍀 update:

As always, terrific! I have listened to and shared your affirmations for 3 years now and am so thankful for you. One in particular always tugs a beautiful tear from my eye when you say to "go from your head...down to your heart." The voice, the music, the words...just beautiful! I have thought of you time and again in hopes of a loving suggestion with your amazing skills in producing an affirmation for those afflicted in all things heart. Years ago, I came up with a very simple process as a man with congenital heart disease with many loved ones lost from "sudden death". I am the sole survivor of 9 that have passed in my lifetime alone. When one is in PVC's, heart flutters ect., like a baby on its Mama's breast, hearing her heartbeat for comfort, I decided I would reset my heartbeat with her strong, young heartbeat. I would listen to my wife's heartbeat the same with one ear on her heart when I was in very dire heart arrythmia for weeks. My heart went from mis-beating every 3 heartbeats for 3 weeks straight all day and night to beating perfectly in 2 15-20 minute sessions. I wanted to design a DVD and maybe even make some much needed money with it but I simply don't care about that. I made a video about it on KZfaq but that time having used a stethoscope. Anyway, I pray the prayer of feeling that people can heal in some fashion by this simple method. Her heartbeat alone and the warmth thereon, saved me. I hope that for millions. Someone like you can make that happen while I can barely work Facebook. :) If I can ever help in some way if you consider this idea, I would be thrilled. All The Best Jess! Todd

I really was praying and needing these meditations and the find your pursuit when I'm searching and searching out wardly for decades. I have experienced over 20+yrs of ptsd from the workplace. Corporate trauma is real. Listening to this I am not sure I can believe it - in some ways it is actually highly triggering because none of it is true.
