Where in the Tanak does it say that you must believe in the Messiah to be saved, and if you don’t, you go to hell? Nowhere. Neither does it say that you should worship the Messiah, or that he is Almighty God. Nowhere!

The Jewish Bible tells us that if we (meaning ANYONE) seek out G-d and repent, He will forgive us. [Time mark 22:20 of video] Isaiah 55 verses 6 & 7 tell us that we can reach G-d if we repent. 55:8 &9 explain that even though you & I might have difficulty forgiving others, G-d will forgive out His Mercy because His ways are higher and His thoughts are higher. (in order for to receive forgiveness, no blood sacrifice is needed.)

Faith in the New Covenant comes by revelation of God, has nothing to do with logic. How can a man be born of a virgin? How can people who are thousands of years dead, be resurrected to life with a new body, flying through the air? How can a man also be divine, the creator of Heaven and earth and the Judge over all mankind, the giver of eternal life and only Savior? The answer is, with God nothing is impossible. His thoughts are higher than human thoughts. His Kingdom is forever and glorious; there will be righteousness without end!

Do you know that Yeshua made the covenant with his people Israel (Judges 2:1). This covenant was broken (Zech 11:11), when they crucified Him through the Roman solders. How can anyone be saved, believing in a broken covenant, that they can be saved through the Torah. We are now in the NEW Covenant, where no one is saved, but through Yeshua (John 14:6+9). @@benny-yj7pq Our Tanach (Hebrew Bible), doesn’t ascribe divinity to any human being or angel. According to traditional Jewish interpretation, angels are messengers of God who carry out His (God) will. The "angel of the Lord" is a messenger speaking on behalf of God, not a divine being. When angels speak in the first person (as if they were God), they do so as God's representatives, not as independent deities or incarnations of God. The idea that the Christian messiah/deity is the angel referred to in Judges 2:1 is a Christian interpretation, not a Jewish one. @@benny-yj7pq Psalm 2:7 is referring to King David as His son. If you read the context, it’s quite clear. Here is the summary: David wonders why people conspire against him and God for no reason. However, God will mock their attempts because He will answer with wrath. They will be frightened. Other nations have no right to dispute God's appointment of David as Israel's king. David recognizes that God treats him as a son. Moreover, if David had requested it, God would have granted him dominion over the other nations. These nations must therefore open their eyes, humble themselves before God, and serve him with trembling. They must strive for purity to avert God's anger. Those who believe in God are blessed.

The Christian took a blindfold to a gunfight. It is truly interesting how many competing opinions of salvation are actually in the New Testament. There is one version from many sources in the Hebrew Scriptures. In the New Testament it depends who you ask.
@JohnWright-wp1mj
@JohnWright-wp1mj 4 ай бұрын
In the New Testament, there is a remarkable unity regarding the core message of salvation, which centers on the person and work of the Messiah. While various authors and books within the New Testament may emphasize different aspects or dimensions of salvation, they ultimately present a coherent and consistent message regarding the means and significance of salvation. The central message of the New Testament is that salvation comes through faith in Yeshua the Messiah as the Son of God and Savior of humanity. Numerous passages emphasize this core belief, such as John 3:16, Acts 4:12, Romans 10:9-10, and Ephesians 2:8-9. The New Testament consistently emphasizes that salvation is a result of God's grace and mercy, rather than human effort or merit. It is a free gift bestowed by God through His love and kindness. Passages like Romans 3:23-24, Titus 3:4-7, and Ephesians 2:4-5 underscore this aspect of salvation. A central aspect of salvation in the New Testament is the forgiveness of sins. Through Yeshua's sacrificial death on the cross, believers are reconciled to God and their sins are forgiven. Passages such as Matthew 26:28, Acts 2:38, and Colossians 1:13-14 emphasize the forgiveness of sins as a key component of salvation. Salvation is not only about forgiveness but also about transformation and renewal. Believers are called to be conformed to the image of the Messiah and to live lives characterized by holiness and righteousness. Passages like Romans 12:2, 2 Corinthians 5:17, and Ephesians 4:22-24 speak to this aspect of salvation. The New Testament teaches that salvation results in eternal life with God. Believers have the assurance of life with God both now and in the age to come. Passages such as John 5:24, Romans 6:23, and 1 John 5:11-13 affirm the promise of eternal life as a result of salvation. While different authors within the New Testament may emphasize these themes to varying degrees and from different perspectives, there is a fundamental unity in their understanding of salvation as being through Yeshua the Messiah, by God's grace, for the forgiveness of sins, leading to transformation and eternal life. The name "Yeshua" (יֵשׁוּעַ‎) is a Hebrew name that means "Yahweh saves" or "Yahweh is salvation."

To whom was Isaiah speaking in chapter 6:9-13? The Lord hides His face from the house of Jacob (Isa 8:17. Do you know why religious Jews do not read their own prophets? They are afraid to find the truth. So they trust their Rabbis, who teach to them Torah. But the Torah will not save anyone, because we are in the new covenant, Salvation comes through the Messiah, first to the Jew and then to the Gentile.

A] The mashiach of hebrew scripture will be a PATERNAL (not maternal) descendant of David (Isaiah 11 verse 1&10, Jeremiah 33 verse 15-18, Ezekiel 34 verses 23&24, Ezekiel 37 verse 24&25, Amos 9 verses 11&12, Hoseah 3 verse 5, 2Samuel 7 verse 16, Psalms 89 verses 4&5, Psalm 89 verses 34-38, Psalms 18 verse 51, Jeremiah 33 verses 20-26). *Genealogy in the Bible is only passed down from father to son, (Numbers 1 verse 18, and every geneology in the bible).* Not having a biological father from the direct family tree (isaiah 11:1) of Jesse and David disqualifies a person from any claim of being the mashiach of hebrew scripture. B] The mashiach of hebrew scriptures brings the Jewish people from all over the world-wide exiles back to the land of israel (isaiah 11 verses 11&12, ezekiel 37 verses 24&25, deuteronomy 30 verse 3, jeremiah 30 verse 3, jeremiah 32 verse 37, ezekiel 11 verse 17, ezekiel 36 verse 24, Ezekiel 20 verses 41&42). In the time of jesus the jews were in the land, he did not help them conquer their enemies as mashiach is supposed to (numbers 24 verses 17-19) and were exiled from israel shortly after, the total opposite of what the prophets revealed the true mashiach will do. C] The mashiach of hebrew scriptures ushers in a utopian world of peace, where there will no longer be any wars (Zechariah 9 verse 10 [ps. Note, verse 10 is a direct continuation of verse 9 which christians claim was already fulfilled...yet he didn't fulfill the verse that it goes right into, verse 10?...], Isaiah 2 verses 1-4, Micha 4 verses 1-4, Hoseah 2 verse 20, Isaiah 60 verse 18). jesus did not bring world peace, the opposite is true, how much unnecessary loss came through the crusades, the pogroms, the inquisition, and their likes, all in the name of jesus. D] The mashiach of hebrew scripture brings the entire jewish nation back to full observance of the Torah (Ezekiel 37 verse 24, all the same time periods of Ezekiel 11 verses 19&20, ezekiel 36 verses 26&27, Deut 30 verses 8&10, Jeremiah 31 verse 32). jesus in the NT disobeys the temple authorities in violation of Deut 17 verses 10-13, he and his men pluck wheat stalks on the shabbat day, a violation of shabbat (numbers 15 verses 32-36), he claims that divorce isn't allowed and that it is forbidden to marry after divorce, while the torah says otherwise, thus adding and/or subtracting from the Torah's laws (Deut 4:2, deut 13:1), he gives prophecies that didn't come true, such as "not one stone of this temple will be left ontop of another" and yet the western outer wall stands tall and deep into the temple mount till today [and yes theres archeological proof that it is infact the western outer wall of the temple], he said more than once "none of this generation shall taste death before you see the full kingdom come" did not happen, giving a failed prophecy according to the torah makes him a false prophet and viable to the D penalty (Deut 18 verses 20-22), and jesus def did not cause for Jewish people to embrace the torah, instead he caused a major rift and didn't observe the laws himself. E] Mashiach of Hebrew scripture emerges at a time where there is universal knowledge of God (Isaiah 11 verse 9, which is a parallel to chavakuk 2 verse 14, Zechariah 8 verses 20-23, zechariah 14 verse 9 & verse 16, Isaiah 66 verse 23, isaiah 45 verse 23, ezekiel 38 verse 23, zephanya 3:9). The amount of statues there are of jesus and mary, oh boy, how the negligence of one pompous man caused for a third of the worlds population into all diff forms of polytheism and idolatry... F] Mashiach of hebrew scripture reigns leader at a time when the 3rd ever lasting temple is standing forever (Ezekiel 37 verses 24-28 which is the same exact end of days temple of Isaiah 2, of zechariah 14 verses 20&21, of Malachi 3 verse 4, of Isaiah 56 verse 7, of Isaiah 60 verse 7, of Isaiah 66 verse 20, Ezekiel 20 verse 40) where the mashiach himself prepares flour and animal offerings at its inaguration (Ezekiel 45 verse 17, the same exact prince/נשיא of Ezekiel 37 verse 25). The way God made sure no jew can ever make a claim of illegitimacy against a Jewish king was by commanding a prophet to anoint that king with the sacred anointing oil (exodus 30 verses 25-30) as He commanded Samuel to do to Saul (1samuel 10 verse 1), and to David (1samuel 16 verse 13), and as Tzadok the High priest and nathan the prophet did to King Solomon (1kings 1 verse 34). The mashiach is called "mashiach" (literally "anointed") because Elijah the prophet is supposed to anoint him with the sacred anointing oil as King over the Jewish people. God, who will split the ocean in order to convince when He wishes to convince, has NO PROBLEM making the jewish people believe someone is or isnt their next king, He did so for Saul, David, Solomon, the priests, all to remove any claim of illegitimacy by any jew. The Creator DID NOT DO SUCH for the christian man-diety, something so simple, and no. The jews did not "reject" jesus, the Creator did. That's the truth.

The FALSE TEACHINGS of Jesus/yeshu/Cult of Christianity brought MORE HEATHEN IDOLATRY TO MANKIND and it brought about 1700+ years of PERSECUTION, OPPRESSION and SLAUGHTER upon Gd's Chosen Servant Israel the Jews, becoming their longest enduring and most DEADLIEST of all their Oppressors, who alone to a T, fits the description of the morphing LAST BEAST, Enemy of Gd and His Chosen.

@@benny-yj7pq Study the Bible in Hebrew to avoid mistranslation, Example Zechariah 12:10 Christian Bible: “And I will pour out on the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem a spirit of grace and pleas for mercy, so that, when they look on me, on him whom they have pierced, they shall mourn for him, as one mourns for an only child, and weep bitterly over him, as one weeps over a firstborn. Hebrew correct translation: "And I will pour out upon the house of David and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem a spirit of grace and supplications. And they shall look to me because of those who have been thrust through [with swords], and they shall mourn over it as one mourns over an only son and shall be in bitterness, therefore, as one is embittered over a firstborn son." Early Christian have corrupted the original text through translation to fit their Messiah story. There is no second coming.

No disrespect meant, just a genuine reaction - when I hear Christians debate - I hear a lot of ungrounded thinking and I walk away feeling like I've been listening to a used-car salesperson.

I don’t need an intermediary god to know God, to ask for His Forgiveness, or to follow His righteous path. I’m not so “unclean” that I can’t pray directly to God. I am enough for Him. I just need Torah and His Holy People to learn from. That blew my culturally Christian mind in 2018. It’s still amazing today.

Jesus is God, not an intermediary. He is a one of three forms of God.

I would like someone with biblical knowledge like the Rabbi to explain a part of the Tanak that most Christians never discuss. Nor have i heard the Rabbi discuss. What did God mean when he said in Jeremiah 31 that Ephriam is his FIRSTBORN. What does that mean in context? Who is Ephraim today and what did it mean to born of God? I really would appreciate a show on understanding this issue. In my 58 years in the false Roman protestant church i never heard ANYONE even mention it. Thank you kindly.

At 37:09 - I am getting frustrated with Heinrich. Paul the Blogger and the Rabbi explained that Peter and Paul of Tarsus have contradictory messages with the Torah (or, as Paul said, of Jesus himself, or John the Baptist). Ignoring all of that, Heinrich goes on to say that everything that was said only counts BEFORE the cross, but now that the cross has happened, that is all you need. The fact that it is completely contradictory to the Torah doesn't resonate with Heinrich.

Seriously the very cross said your salvation depends on obedience to the law. Paul is going against the very cross. Before the cross after the cross is BS

When a christian debates with monotheists it's like he is in front of a mirror. All of a sudden, he sees the tremendous contradictions and misleadings of his scriptures and believes. Sorry for having to say this......

Rabbi Tovia, For many years I have learned so much from you. I grew up christian until YHVH opened my eyes many years ago. I just want to remind you that it is of very little use debating our faith with christians because it is 2 completely different things and even two different Gods.

This shows me this!? Hey I was a Christian!? School teacher, youth pastor. It had to be God, O was in the process of busting a cap in someone. I heard a subconscious voice, Have you read the tora? I am like can do this before they drop the tablet? I let him go. Fell on my face cried and opened up the tora. Thanks to The Creator…Oh, it was not a feeling but words of wisdom. I am still hear?!
