We doing a lot of thing wrong, Even the diet has impact in your energy. What we eat now is all for negative energy. We aint even supposed to cook food at all. We aint supposed to eat meat at all. That wasnt the original diet according to God. Adam never ate meat neither did he cook what he ate. That is why they all lived all these 900 years. They ate only once a Day not mixing food but one food at a time and not more than 3 types of food in that one meal.
