You should do a one rep max test on the powerlifts, it's always cool seeing people go outside their normal wheelhouse. Just like this powerlifter fellow doing high rep squats

high rep leg days hit diff i remember one day i did 50 burpees nonstop with no warmup out ofnowhere and the burn i had in my fucking quads was so brutal i thought i had injurwd myself lmfao

The 2 workouts this guys are doing are very different thats why the maskman win the other guy so easy. At the other side the mask man will not lift even the half... I want to see one more with this two at the gym this time

Those tiny legs tho, makes pull ups much easier atleast. I am a 2cm shorter than you and still 25kg heavier, makes it quite hard to go past 15-20 reps pull ups.

Actually when you aim to get stronger just do high intensity and low reps workouts. If you want only endurance then spam every exercise like masked mediator I was doing 3 years of high volume trainings and after switching to high intensity 3 months ago my workouts just changes 180 degree (to better of course)

There's an argument to be made that low volume high intensity is so great for you now Is cause you did high volume moderate intensity *first*

How can you walk after a workout like these? I train legs by doing 10 squats, 10 jumping squats seven times in a set, two times, simple calf raises until faliure (quite useless), and I can barely walk in the next couple of days...

Doing it at a high frequency, your legs will adapt to whatever you do. Trick is to do it even when you're sore. Obviously, it probably won't result in muscle growth since your legs won't be recovering, but you'll build endurance.

I rather have muscle with endurance not skinny legs endurance. If it was the other way around. mask wouldn't be able to squat half of what the body builder does

It's certainly more inefficient, but if you can get to muscular failure, some level of growth is pretty much guaranteed Whether someone has the time, willingness, and is able to avoid chronic overuse injuries, is the question
