Powerlifting has seen a tremendous rise in recognition in the Philippines. This rise comes with its integration and incorporation into the training routines of many athletes, lifters, and strength training enthusiasts everywhere. That is why it is essential that people are aware of the basics of Powerlifting; and in this video we are fortunate enough to have Coach Willord Capulong of Kilos Powerlifting, and coach of the strongest Filipino Powerlifter (IPF GL) Joyce Reboton, to teach us some foundational knowledge on Powerlifting.
