Will do. I’m mostly concerned about the Power supplies. They just go bang if not services.

@@techdept I get a bit concerned when I see a need for cleanup to the degree you showed in this video. Is there a reason for not using a portable vacuum for the big stuff?

Great to see it getting some attention, I have a MDD DP 1.42GHz which is my holy grail PowerMac. I’ve been meaning to give it a good clean over and maybe put some quieter fans in the PSU, I do like the sound of it though so I may clean the bearings etc and leave them. Great video 👍

Thanks, I really enjoy working on the G3/G4 PowerMacs, which is just as well, as I probably have too many at this point. But when you can pick them up for so little…..

The Apple Cinama Display uses ADC- Apple Display Connector. ADB is apple’s first desktop bus connector- Apple Desktop Bus

Yeah. Annoyingly I knew this and even adjusted the Subtitles to reflect this. But for some reason I didn’t mark in in the video. Sigh.

Hey, another geek gal in a lab coat doing stuff in a funny way. Nice :). I often wear mine in my videos and streams, you may want to check them out :). I like the Apple computer design, all so serviceable and made with a lot of thought put into it, totally unlike phones. A thing of beauty is a joy for ever, its loveliness increases... nicely recombobulated :) 7:39 10:49 13:15 that's what I call "xenomorph eggs", haha!
