Superb! I had a NC and sold it for a nD. In fact, after I drove the ND for a few months. I’d even sold my 2011 GT3RS. for my canyon carving, the ND is good enough for me. I’ve learned heel and toe down shift on this ND model which I couldn’t heel and toe in my GT3RS. Brake pedal was too touchy(ceramic brakes) and rev was too fast. I had change the my spring from 150lbs to 300lbs on my ND Miata. Shocks changed to koni adjustable. Yeah! I know, Johnny. The new version ND got a better rev motor. 🦅🦅🇺🇸

Your channel popped up. One of my close friend bought a ND. 2 MX-5. We drove it back and fore for a few times. You are right the ND second version got a free rev happy motor. Although it isn’t that much noticeable different.(need to go out buy the ND.2) if you drive the first version on a higher rev range most time.(it helps the motor run better, blow out all the carbon buildup’) I believe the ND.1 & .2 is very close. Note: BMW owner’s manual used to recommend owner to drive the motor in a higher rpm at time to keep the engine run cleaner
I live in Canada , I have a NC GT soft top ( top of the line ) . I use 225/35/18 summer tires , love it . I drive in winter too with 205/50/16 . It sucks driving in snow 😂
