I see many upper oil pan with insufficient amount of silicone on the pan. Also the front left side has the least about of metal surface causing a small crack. Ford has no specification for warpage for the upper oil pan. Crankcase pressure is always over look because for years fors has no specification. Well the new 20'S and up have a way thicker upper oil pan with a metal gasket, but we are seeing rear main seal leaking to due bad cranks. Good video man. Still haven't see mains bolts leak. I'll keep an eye know that.

That acman at the bottom of the comments is salty as hell lol. We are not here to give out free information. Everyone has an opportunity on what they study in. If we gave out all the answers and don't understand a system it is pointless because we took the time and paid the money to know and we are not paid to explain somethingto someonewho dont know shit about the electronic system. Nobody is obligated to give out any information especially if you don't understand the system and do some research. And on top of the bs your not supposed to change or tamper with anything under the hood.

So we are still sending CCVgas or engine sewage into the filtered cold air intake to the combustion chamber to mix with the finely metered air-fuel ratio lowering HP and MPG

What year model is this? I have a 2015, my ccv looks similar but the top of the box is flat not rounded like this one. And it also does not have the bolts on top. Im wondering if mine has the newer baffle type filterless box, that doesnt require replacing. Or is that newer type only for 2017+ models?

No matter what year model we are recommending replaced of CCV Every 100k miles minimum. Plus change your oil change intervals no more than 5K

What is too much pressure if you were reading with a gauge?

Sir , as far as I have researched, Ford offers no crankcase pressure spec. The funny thing is diesel manufacturer s have offered one for years but I’m suspecting they don’t because of the issue with premature DPF. But if I would compare with other V8 diesels I would say no more that 16-18 inches of water pressure but if you look at the Powerstroke 6.7L blowby DPF loading video you see how we address it. You need to watch the end .

Bolt on top means serviceable no bolt non serviceable

Where is that sensor at on that CCV ? I have a 2016 , I deleted mine and realize there is a sensor there so I took the holes off the box and put it back on but I still have a code is there a secret to that sensor or did I wreck it by taking it off ?

It’s on the hose going toward the turbo inlet

If you are referring to the front engine valley you need to check the pump lines. The injection pump is in the front engine valley
