What's Up Everyone?!
If you're like me, you enjoy watching 30 day fitness challenges and crazy body transformation videos. Recently, I had undergone a 100+lb weight loss transformation so I figured the next step would be to try out a 30 day ab challenge! Each day I'd do 100 reps of an ab exercise to see if at the end of 30 days, it was possible to get the results others have apparently gotten from these. I definitely expect barely any results for a handful of reasons (such as body fat percentage, caloric defecit/surplus affects, amount of reps, no progressive overload, and more), but the only way to find out is to try it out!

I have a question to regards wit bonebreakin and working out.with you putting on muscle are you still able to do bonebreaks like the mouthgrab and wristgrab to crossarm and if yes how much force/effort does it take for u to do it

Sadly max immature passed away. It’s been obvious due to his inactivity. But he will not be forgotten all the dance moves he taught us and how he inspired people to lose weight. You were to young. You had more to live for. ❤️ R.I.P Max Zarin 😭😭😭🥺🥺😢 you will be missed
