I have found that, if I flood myself with Jesus (Instead of constant communicating with myself and others in my thoughts, I speak to Jesus,), my whole outlook on life changed. It is as if I "see" less things that distracts me from Him and my reaction to this world and its temptations have drastically diminished. I think this gives the Holy Spirit a chance to conduct Jesus' Mind through a person.

What I learnt from this video is "Give us this day our "daily" bread" We overcome sin and temptation by our walk with God, daily using His word

Only an arrogant and dishonest person will expect himself to not sin at all anymore while still living in this sinful body of flesh. If we could become sinless now, in this life, we would not need Lord Christ to give us new bodies sinless and risen in glory and strength.
