I'm Timo Parker a professional Vocal Coach & Musician, and I want to help you reaching your full potential as a singer. Yeeeess! Incorporate the technique right away into the song you wanna sing. Great advice! I see too many folks either not practicing technique at all, or only practicing technique, without transferring it into their singing action. However, applying technique to songs is actually the most tricky part of voice training I think. It takes so much patience and continuous persistence. But once you have it down, you got it forever with the songs that you put it in and it get's much easier for future songs!
