I can spin the tin foil inside the glass as well! When i sync my breathing with the tin foil it goes the same direction as i exhale and inhale. I imagine it syncing to my breathing it moves.

made mine spin on my 3rd day, took me like 30 minutes but I made it spin around once lol its crazy cool how you can feel the energy coming out your hand and then the connection you make with the foil and your mind, brain feels like an internet router or something.. the connection is hard to hold on too

no bro,u r doing the advanced way of spinning the psi wheel and the cover is made of glass.ur thoughts have to penetrate in it.u need powerful concentration to do that.and i suggest every one not to cover the psi wheel with any thing.then the result will be faster.and dont close the eyes.it is not bqs that we cant see the rotation,it is bqs if we close our eyes,other thoughts will come faster and we will be struggling to concentrate.so it is better to open the eyes i tell these with my experience.practising chi energy exercise will assist us to see the result fast and subliminals also help us to see the result fast

as a telekinesis practiser, i dont believe its wise to put glass over the psi wheel. This way it is dofficult to gather enough energy to actually get through to the foil. i understand air does affect it though, so when i do it, i shut all doors and windows and i sit alone in the room with a mask on so there isnt too much air movement. it has taken me months just to be able to spin it, so be patient. anyone can do it, if you put in the time and effort.
