I actually did it. I started with aluminum foil then a feather and I spun a pen a few times. I watched a bunch of tutorials. I thought it was just an electric charge but I know it’s gotta be more!

I do believe you can do telekinesis. I think the brain for a boy to do it is around 9 to 12 years of age.That is when it is at it strongest.I will tell you how I got started.Take something that is magnetic. Then go into a deep meditation state thinking about pulling all the iron in your body to your fingers.Make sure the magnet will spin easy.With that said and it takes practice .Run your fingers over the magnet but approaching it with alk mental staye of iron is in your fingers and it will move.I started moving pencils when I was in 6th grade. Im 51 now so thats how I know about the age to do it.I cant do it anymore as I have got older.It is possible.My thougjts wete not on iron but the more the blood at the tips the more the iron you have.Good Luck.

OMG IT WORKS!! I was doing it all! I set my timer to 3 minutes and I put on music and like a few minutes the paper fell! I almost had a heart attack when I fell! I heard a tiny bump and when I opened my eyes, the paper had fell!😃

Once though not to learn telekinesis to open my third eye I tried to concentrate and meditate everyday for an hour and half one day I was meditating I suddenly started sweating and I could feel a purple light on my forehead I didn't stop so after doing it for an hour whole this time I told my mother and she believed me BUT next day I fell SERIOUSLY ILL for a week or two
