Shorts needs to give us the option to select what time of the video we watch. Ya know how you can fast forward or rewind regular youtube? You can even do it to some tik toks. It would be wonderful for youtube shorts so we don't have ri hear a monotone voice say the same thing.. just because we genuinely only care about the actual golfer dudes reaction. Like some people think they're uploading a video people will love, but it's just annoying.
