I suggest celery+pineapple +apple +ginger juice. Try it for 1 week. Best result, no more white tounge and no more acidity and indigestion

Papaya Donot worry guys...as i belong to a middle class family and i cure my constipation just by drinking atleast 4 to 5 bottles of water and " any 1 seasonal fruit " which is so cheap that anyone can afford it By the way asana which you suggested are really helpful❤❤

Since centuries the optimal manner to overcome not only occasional constipation but chronic constipation too naturally will be taking castor oil. Remember that castor oil is the only laxative that will not work in the intestines by irritating them, but by activating and synthesizing certain substances in the human body. So any habituation of the human body or diminishing laxative effect is absolutely impossible and castor oil is suitable in a special manner for chronic constipation. Take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) castor oil early in the morning on an empty stomach; eventuelly later a second tablespoon castor oil.

Please accept my honest gratitude for having successfully cured my incomplete stool passing issue in the morning. I have followed what u taught i.e. 2 glass of warm water + TTK. MIRACLE happened and I really feels relieved and happy while going to the office and being there. Many Thanx🙏😇

These days you can get kiwi fruit and dried or fresh figs in India. I have seen them in the winter time in Punjab Kiwi fruit has brown skin you cut it in half and scoop out and eat the green flesh. You can also get golden kiwis these days

My wife is dealing with a bad constipation. After 4 kids and chimoterapy she doesn't go to bathroom normaly. Very dry stools! Try everything, nothing seams to help her.

Papaya and kiwi can cause stomach cramps in IBS. Figs and plums are also high fidmap and not good for folks with digestive issues.

I went from vegan to keto to carnivore and nothing has helped me more than the carnivore diet to manage my digestive problems, as I have SIBO. Carnivore heals, then you can start little by little to reintroduce certain foods

I have Sibo as well but it just made my constipation worse to not eat vegetables, Beef regardless of how fatty it is constipates me to know and don’t know why

I lived at an ashram for 25 years and went for Pancha Karma and followed Ayurvedic herbs and of course did yoga and Sanskrit…..and none if it worked…..i am vegan for 6 decades……and organic and sprouting ….. i drink plenty….i am old but was born with digestive problems and the medical system in the US also ruined my digestion…..now i am old….and it is hard…..no i do not take vaccines or medicines…..plus i have not been able to find a really good Ayurvedic doctor, not practitioner but Doctor.

Cristina if you have colitis, these fruits will have too much fiber for you. I have diverticulitis ( been a vegetarian all my life, genetics not good). I use fruit with less fiber. Sometimes, I have to let my intestines rest and just do liquids. His yoga exercises for constipation are very good. I use aloe vera juice instead of Avocado leaf tea is very good for colon inflammation. I find it dry at Mexican grocery store.

I find only one flaw in this. Yoga a science that asks us to align our body with the forces of nature, pls understand that nutrition requirements and food habits must adhere to local practices. That way your recommendation of Kiwi is not at all logical to Indians(India have other fruits as per the region pls study them and suggest them). For example Tamarind is not good for body in cold conditions so west part of Indians use Kokam, north Indians use tomato as a replacement. Pls focus on local stuff. Alu Bhukhara, papaya are perfect. I am not sure about availability of raw anjeer across India. Consuming Seasonal fruits is the best thing.

In general I agree but remember everyone has a different dosha and the dosha may actually respond much better to fruits which weren't available in the less globalised time of ayurveda
