All good advice. I am a vegetable soup lover and this works for me if I have it every day. While I am out and about I will buy vegetables: carrots broccoli cauliflower cabbage brussles and anything I can make a soup with. As long as I have onions potatos and veggie stock cubes I can always make soup very quickly. If there's not a lot of time I will open a tin of vegetable soup. Always eat wholemeal bread if you must have bread. Brown rice is excellent too. For those who are always out and about with their work this is difficult so you must make sure you have access to fruit.

Omum(Ajwain) kashayam(boiled extract or soup), chukku(dry ginger) Kashayam, the tough one - neem leaves juice raw or boiled once to twice a month are the most valuable tips given by my grand mother!

I also educate people with things related to health and disease prevention wherever I meet them with natural ways like eat/sleep/exercise schedule correction basically. Also give them knowledge on nutrition for overcoming through natural ways, else with any other pathy whichever helps them out of trouble. @@ivyhenriques2709 you don't have to purchase the powder, however you can do it on your own at home, just purchase methi dana (Fenugreek seed) from grocery stores and dry roast it on a low flame for 2-3 minutes till it pops, then cool it down then grind it and store it in a air tight container (do this powder in small batches for example 100gm at a time) and use it as said by sujata mam in this video (take 1tsp of Fenugreek seed powder with half glass of warm water at bedtime)

I am normally very regular with my bowel movements however a heavy intake of painkillers following a procedure made me worried after returning home from hospital stay. Although I was given otc medication I did not want to take it and opted for normal home remedy which is when I came across your video. I used the mint and ginger tea decoction . It took me full 12 hours but relief came eventually. Regular people usually panic under these circumstances but it is important to stay calm and trust . Thanks again.I wish hospitals use and prescribe these remedies instead of relying entirely on allopathic cure.

Great. Thank you mam. 2 tips from my mother from village 1) Soak 5 to 6 pieces of dry grapes overnight and drink in the early morning . 2) during bed time drink half glass of warm cow milk with 2 spoons of castor oil I am enjoying your videos. Thank you so much mam

Let try, the simple way could solve your constipation: After waking up in the morning, before doing your teeth hygiene: 1) Take a small sip of warm water, 2) eat a fresh pear, (3) drink a cup of warm water. Pear has enough fibre for your body need for a day, and good bacteria in your saliva could help the first activity/ingestion of the digestion system. Good luck.

Actually..better solution is to use Magnesium Citrate liquid. It's very gentle and effective. A Colon massage and another trick is warm prune juice (4-8 ounces) you need very little. Drink on empty stomach every morning. Also everyone is different. You do not need to have a bowel movement every day. Some people every three days. Some every two days. It's different for everyone. It's outdated advice to tell people they must have a movement every day. Now if you go about four days with no movement every week or it's hard rabbit pellets..it's time for some at home remedies or maybe a prescription for Resilor, Trulance. Or over the counter Magnesium Citrate liquid or Senna. A visit to a Gastroenterologist. Even warm prune juice (on an empty stomach 4-8 ounces every morning) does the trick as I said before. 😊

If you have constipation and unable to pass your stool than to avoid straining use glycerin stick u will get in pharmacy you have to put this glycerin stick inside your anus and lie down on bed straight after 20-60 minutes you will find urge to go but dont use daily

I just heard your talk on constipation. It was very beneficial. I am 74 years so to sitting on the ground is difficult for me. I love yoga which I used to do earlier I know the exercises but it is difficult to go down also I have arthiritisin my hands and knees.

Thanks for these tips, ma’am. An instant remedy for constipation that my family follows at home is to eat fibre rich food like cabbage, black Channa and moong dal. With this, we feel relief within a day or two.

I am 82 y old n I have daily free motion. Those suffering from constipation can try this for regular free motion everyday. Take half cup of instant oats, add two glasses of water n cook for 3 minutes. Eat after it cools down to warm. Oats have fibre which helps in free motion about half hour after eating.

You are so enthu in all you say. Very nice video. Adding curry leaves while cooking and consuming them while eating helped me alleviate constipation . Also washing potatoes nicely and having them with their peels.
