Gas is problem for older ones,these asanas can’t be done by those who never done yoga ,knees n hip problem..plse teach sumthing that can be done easily…these r gud for youngsters very good…thx u..🌺

For most people it will be very difficult to be flexible enough to do these exercises .... Instead do bikram yoga ..... In the sequence .... These exercises are towards the end .... The exercises before that will make you flexible enough ..... I do bikram yoga without the excess heat .... Works for me!

Clear explanation but unfortunately many with stiff body will find the first pose impossible because of the cramping when leaning back and straight legs with hands touching the feet pose is a challenge too. Thank you

Thank you for this video. I noticed that since I quitted sugar, starches and vegetables and fruits reach in starches and carbs my stomach is flat. I do yoga every day so no more stomach issues ❤ Namaste 🙏

I am in a low carbs diet since 7 months. It’s called keto diet. The ketogenic diet involves consuming a very low amount of carbohydrates and replacing them with fat to help the body burn fat for energy . I started keto diet to heal my swollen and inflame joints. It works for me 🤩

My daughter before has problem of bad breathe. It was cured only when she was 42 yrs.old by gum surgery bcoz you cannot see the cavities outside. Hope you find a good dentist.

Namaste Prashanthji, I am 74yrs female. I take coriander seeds, jeera and sompu 3:2:1 ratio( 1tsp) and boil in 300ml water at night , cover and keep it overnight. Next morning filter and warm it, add 1table spoon honey and half lime and drink it. Now no constipation. But gas is there. Am I doing correct thing or not. Please reply.

I have undergone (1) back surgery (vertibroplasty) in 2010 (T5) and (2) Removal of gallblader in 2022. I am suffering from gastric, bloating, digestive, constipation issues. Hi Sir, I have one doubt, In one of your videos, you told we should drink water after minimum 1 hour of taking meals for better digestion but here you are suggesting 15 to 20 mins after meal. Isn't it contradicting? Should I take after Ajwain or Zeera water after 20 mins or 1 hour? Which one is best? Could you please suggest Thanks in Advance. Really appreciate your content..

Generally, we know it is good if we drink water ½ hour after taking food. Taking water after is also good. It all depends on you.

Is there a way to get rid of the background humming music? This is annoyance that many have come to think as necessary for Yoga. It is definitely not needed and must be stopped.
