Some misinformation in your video to clear up. The charge air cooler cools the compressed air from the turbo then it goes into the intake. So it comes out of turbo first then goes to charge air cooler then to intake manifold. Also, the heat exchanger is just another type of radiator but instead of cooling the engine coolant with air it uses raw water. There is no ocean or raw water inside your engine or else it would rust out. Your engine is filled with enclosed coolant system and is then cooled externally from the heat exchanger.
