Hey guys,
I am so thankful for all of you! I have been reading all your comments and it makes me feel so supported by this amazing community we have. I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I went for a nice beach walk with Max and the little dog. It was good to be outside and get some fresh air! In the evening I cooked a delicious dinner.
I hope you guys enjoyed the dogpound workouts this week! Sami and I have been getting a lot of questions about what to eat before and after we workout so we put together a little video with our favorite recipes! We chose a snack you can make and bring with you when you’re on the go and a protein packed meal that will satisfy any sweet tooth! Comment below for any suggestions we can try next time!

Pancake ingredients for 1 person:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
-1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vegan butter
- 1tsp vanilla extract
Vegan Turmeric Lemon Date Balls:
- 6 Dates
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup cashwews
- 1/2 tablespoon chiaseeds
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Pinch of black pepper
- Shredded coconut for coating
