There are so many variables in one round of golf. It could be anything from the weather to the people you are playing with, to slow play.
So, how about taking the variable of your body out of the equation and help make your body the CONSTANT in the situation.
Here is one easy, basic exercise that can help you prepare and stretch your spine in one plane: flexion and extension.
Remember, your body moves in all 3 planes and at the same time even, but if you just don't want to take the time to stretch, remember this one move and implement it on the range or at the first tee every time you play.
