It is so helpful how you include a snapshot of the blooms as you mention each variety. It must be a lot of extra work to do so. Just want to say thank you.

If you put the corms in separate bulb bags (or other mesh bag) with the label inside you can put all the bags in one sink and then do the slow drip for aeration, soaking them all at once. :)

When planting in large numbers like Laura it would be time consuming to have each corm in a separate bag.

@@jgwood10 That would be time-consuming! I think the original comment actually meant put each *variety* in a bulb bag with a label, so you can use a single bucket or something to soak them all at once without getting them mixed up. I've seen that trick in some other ranunculus how-to videos

Here everything is a month early. There's some daffodils about to open, not an early variety, just in planters at a church in town. They are there every year, but this year, they are very early!

Where are you? Best wishes for your continued recovery. I’m an ICU nurse and GA in the car on my way home from a 12 hr night shift has really helped me get through these last 2 years of caring for Covid patients. I just went back to work a few days ago after being off myself with Covid. Certain it was the Omicron strain as I’m still alive! But it has really worn me out. The fatigue is no joke. Anyway, may your health continue to improve and blessings to you. 😊♥️

I just had blood tests yesterday and due a chest x-ray soon, then my doctor can refer me to the long Covid clinics. I’m sure I’ll be on a waiting list though - I’m not a high priority, there are many who have it worse than me, mostly those who caught Covid before the vaccines were out.

I’ve never tried Ranunculus but now you’ve inspired me, they’re so pretty & you make it look so easy❣️ I did had to chuckle as I watched you spray paint & plant! I have small hands too & rarely wear gloves because they don’t fit well & I feel I manage things better with my bare hands but as a result I don’t have the pretty nails & if I’m painting I wear the color on my hands for a day or so. Always using lots of hand cream I find OKeeffee’s Working Hands to be beneficial. I’m sure there’s many other kindred gardeners who just like to get their bare hands into the dirt too❤️❤️

Very enjoyable to watch that process of pre planting bulbs. I love it when my snapdragons flowers die off and leave the dried pods. Whoa there's at least 50 tiny black seeds in each of the pods. If i miss that opportunity it doesn't matter as they self seed and blow around everywhere and start to grow and its a surprise when they do pop up somewhere. But on the other hand I do love to collect the seeds for my seed bank.

Those are going to be gorgeous 🌸 Have you thought about installing a small sink in the studio. I think it would be very useful for you to wash your hands and clean out the area and even for when you are planting? Love your channel ❤️

We love to see the start of this year's glory already! I am feeling that itch too, to get out in the yard and get things going for the upcoming seasons. Tempting to call in sick to work while we've got some sunshine (Because we all know Ireland is infamous for its sunshine! And in a coastal town no less!), but maybe I can convince my guy that the perfect Valentine's day gift is planting my own flowers instead of buying them from the store. Thanks as always for the inspration and sharing your enthuiasm with us! Cheers from Galway! 🍀

Greetings! I just discovered your videos two weeks ago and they make me very happy! We live in a very nice new property with lots of space for gardening and your videos are giving me lots of wonderful ideas and information on perennials, annuals, shrubs and trees. Today, is getting warm here like where you leave and so I did some cleaning in the garden. Also, because of watching your video on Aquapots, I purchased two and got them Monday. Today, I am unboxing them, and they look great. I just finish watching your video on ranunculus and always wanted to try to grow them, so I am definitely getting some this year. Your channel has provided me with such much pleasure, hope and optimism. I wish you a wonderful day. Thank you!

You have two cats, not one. 😄 Pre-Sprouting Ranunculus and Anemones is a great idea. I planted Ranunculus and Anemones last fall in containers and spent a lot of time and energy taking care of them during the winter. 😢😢 Half of Anemones were rotten and Ranunculus is still tiny. I didn't have to do that...I should've waited and done it in Feb or in March. Thank you for this idea and I'll try this way next time.
