Breakdown fo all exercises.. 2:09 Quad Stretch 2:30 Foot Flex for Hamstrings 3:05 High Knee bring out to Side 3:45 Touch Toes, Up Dog, Down Dog, Walk Back In 5:04 High Knees Go Forward Butt Kicks on Way Back 5:31 Leg Kicks Lateral to Sides 8 Reps each side Forward and Backward Leg Kicks 8 Reps each Leg 7:20 Bend Knee, Internal Rotate Toes, Then Do Lateral Side Walk, Poke Glutes (Activates Glutes) 8:02 Push Knees out, 6 Sec Slow Squat Down, 1 Sec Pause, 6 Sec Way Up 9:06 Bird Dog 10:50 11:13 Dead Bugs, Activate Core 11:31 Who's Ready to Squat? Are you Ready? Are you Ready? Someone challenged me to do 400 Squats/Day/1 Session for 30 Days.. Hope this warm up really helps.. :D Thank you @megsquats

This video was crazy insightful. There are so many different warmup videos out there and each on serves it’s purpose. But I really appreciate how thorough you were with this warmup. Not a power lifter myself, but I could definitely see how these moves could benefit my squat game. Would definitely love a bench and deadlift warmup.💕

I have major hip, lower back and knee issues and I found this helped me warm up and feel so much better for my main leg day! Loved it

Ah love this! A friend and I were talking the other day about how when you play on teams you automatically do a team warm up before a game or practice, but when training on your own it’s so easy to just skip over it. I’ve been looking for a warm up routine for a while and I’m excited to start implementing this = )

I LOVE this warm up!!! I've recently gotten back into power lifting slowly over the past year and I suck at stretching but these are super doable!!!

Thank you so much for this video. I find that starting to lift again at 43 can be difficult, but warmups help alot. I think warming up will keep me healthy and able to keep getting better without injury. That's the hope anyway. Thank you again for the work that you do

This was very helpful! I incorporated some of these into my warm up yesterday and I feel much better today because of it!! Please do a bench and press version!! I love these activations and would also appreciate variations/modifications when possible! 🌵🌞❤
